GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION

Registration will open on Tuesday April 1st, 2025, at 3.00 PM UK time.

We recommend being ready at that time, because the available seats may sell out quickly.

Registration will close on Wednesday April 30th, 2025, at 3.00 PM UK time, unless the course sells out earlier, in which case registration will close at that time.

The registration includes both the ONLINE and the PRACTICAL part of this course.

Registration for a single part is not allowed.

AEMV members will have priority over non-AEMV members.

Registrants who do not hold an AEMV membership will be put on a waiting list until April 30th, and can only access the course if seats are still available by the end of registration.

Registrants who want to secure their spot but are not CURRENTLY an AEMV member,

can apply or renew their membership HERE

Registration is completed with two separate payments; you will get two separate invoices.

Both payments must be performed at the same time.

The registration will be considered as accepted only when BOTH transactions have been performed.

The order of registration will be confirmed by the transaction time recorded by PayPal.

1. The registration fee for the ONLINE ON-DEMAND part can be paid from this web-page.

As the transaction is processed by PayPal, it is protected by their security.

PayPal will supervise and guarantee your payment.

2. The registration fee for the PRACTICAL LABS can be made through the AEMV website.

The link is reported at the end of the registration form.

Your registration is processed manually, not automatically.

After the payments are finalized, you will receive a confirmation letter within 24 hours, or sooner.
